Here are a few notes: Inca plum The shape of this plum says, "Look at me, I'm special!" Aggressively perfumed, medium-firm silky texture, explosive flavor with a wonderful balance of acidity, tartness and sweetness. Extremely pleasant mouth-feel, thin skin. Laroda plum Beautiful rich aroma, juicy, soft texture, thicker skin, gorgeous yellow to blood red flesh, rich stewed flavor, slight sweetness, showing minimal tartness or acidity. Padre plum Firm texture, mouth-watering juicy-ness, wonderful level of tartness that continues to hum in your mouth after swallowing. My guess is that this would be a wonderful dessert plum. Mariposa plum Intense antique rose aroma, strong perfumed flavor, creamy, explosive juicy, melting mouth-feel, incredible color of a rich, deep wine. Almost overwhelming, intoxicating nose and flavor. Baby Crawford peach Chin dripping flavor, beautiful floral aroma, delicate flavor, silky mouth-feel.
